Alternatively, if you prefer to control the schedule for the day to minimise disruption to staff rosters, that is possible too. 

Our  promotional materials, such as flyers and digital assets,  boost employee engagement. We provide real-time reporting on program uptake and ongoing administration support to maximise program participation. You’ll also receive a post-program report to verify the effectiveness of the initiative.

That’s okay. We can provide you with vouchers to be used at one of MoleMap’s many participating clinics across Australia and New Zealand. Alternatively, we can arrange for a skin screening service to be held at a convenient, third-party site.

MoleMap’s workplace skin checks pricing is based on several factors including: number of employees, location, and the type of skin check service you’d like for your employees. One of our dedicated team members will work with you to understand your needs and provide a tailored quote.

For more than 25 years, MoleMap’s proven skin mapping (head-to-toe dermoscopic imaging) and mole monitoring program has been detecting skin cancers earlier and with a higher level of accuracy than visual checks. A melanographer performs a thorough head-to-toe skin check. Suspicious or ‘at risk’ moles are checked against our comprehensive database in real-time using AI-driven technology. Any suspect moles are digitally imaged and sent electronically to an accredited dermatologist for diagnosis. That’s three sets of expert eyes and this is what sets us apart. Our unrivalled experience and world-first early detection system offers reassurance that either skin cancer is not present or that it was found early enough to be treated.

SkinCheck—This includes a thorough head-to-toe skin check by a skilled melanographer. Suspicious moles are imaged and, using real-time AI technology,  cross-referenced with MoleMap’s world-class image. Images of moles of concern are sent electronically for dermatologist diagnosis.

Our SkinCheck+ service is designed for people with a small number of moles, but who want the added reassurance of full body photography. You’ll get a complete head-to-toe skin assessment, with suspect moles imaged and sent for dermatologist diagnosis. In addition, you’ll get a  baseline of images that can be used as a record for future skin checks. It does not include the proactive monitoring over time that you get with the Full Body MoleMap.

Full Body MoleMap is our most comprehensive skin and mole check service. We recommend this type of skin check for people with a high number of moles, a family personal history of skin cancer, unusual looking moles, or previous sun damage. It includes:

• Head-to-toe skin and mole check by a highly-trained melanographer
• Total body photography to map, track and compare new and existing moles
• Under the skin imaging to see signs of cancer invisible to the naked eye
• Dermatologist assessment and report of suspicious or high-risk moles
• Proactive dermoscopic imaging of moles that ‘may be’ at risk of change

The main difference is that the SkinCheck does not include total body photography. This means you won’t have a baseline of images to compare at future skin checks. Also, it doesn’t include unlimited free skin checks for 12 months or the proactive monitoring of benign lesions (in case of change).

Note: If your organisation pays for skin check vouchers, your employees are welcome to apply that voucher as a discount toward a more comprehensive service, if it is more suitable for them.

• Full Body MoleMap takes approximately 50-minutes
• SkinCheck takes around 20 minutes per employee
• SkinCheck+ takes between 20-30 minutes

MoleMap skin cancer checks are performed in-person by one of our melanographers. A melanographer is a registered nurse or other allied health professional who has been specifically trained in skin cancer detection.  All melanographers are required to complete a structured 12-week training program that combines comprehensive theoretical learning with hands-on clinical experience. In addition, they must complete the Pathway to Melanography course and obtain a recognised qualification in dermoscopy or melanography from an external provider.

As leaders in the field, we have developed a professional training course in partnership with the Australasian College of Dermatologists. Alternatively, melanographers may fulfil this requirement by completing the HealthCert Professional Certificate in Dermoscopy. All of our melanographers are subject to ongoing audits and continuous training.

Any images taken during your skin check are identified as high risk by the melanographer, they will be sent electronically to a dermatologist for diagnosis.

Be sure to check the expiry date on your voucher — you must book and attend your appointment at a participating clinic before this date.

Follow the steps below to book an appointment using your workplace skin check voucher:

2. Be sure to enter your voucher’s promocode into the box on Question 2 (this will automatically adjust your booking options)
3. Select your preferred clinic
4. Your service options and prices will adjust based on the value of your voucher. You are welcome to apply the value of your voucher toward an upgraded service and simply pay the difference in cost at the time of the appointment.
5. Use the calendar to select your preferred day and time
6. Enter your personal details
7. Click ‘Book Now’

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after with your booking details.

Please note, your workplace skin check voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

If you’re having any issues booking an appointment using your workplace skin check voucher or cannot find a suitable time, please contact us. and our team will assist you. Sometimes we have appointment slots available that do not show online.

Some of our licensee clinics do not offer online booking. If you wish to use your voucher at a participating licensee clinic, you may need to call them directly to book via phone. Be sure to give them your promo code at the time of booking to guarantee that they will accept your voucher.

This depends on the type of voucher your employer has purchased. We sell vouchers for our Skin Check, Skin Check+ and Full Body MoleMap services. The email with your voucher code should indicate which service is covered. If you are in doubt, enter your promo code in our online booking form and the service chart will show $0 owed for the service your voucher covers. 

The majority of workplace skin check vouchers sold entitle you to one (1) Skin Check appointment. This includes a 20-minute head to toe check of your skin with any suspicious moles or lesions showing signs of skin cancer imaged for expert dermatologist diagnosis. After your appointment, you will receive a report from a MoleMap dermatologist which will include any diagnosis, recommendations or treatment advice.

All of our vouchers can be applied toward an upgraded service and you will only owe the difference in the retail price of the covered service and the upgraded service. Booking a downgraded service does not result in cash back.
